Awesome day, late afternoon at the supermart with my dad.
(Enter supermart A)
Dad gets a pound and a half, I'm guessing, each of the $18 and $24 fishballs.
(Enter supermart B)
I saw the same section of fishballs.
Me: Dad, they're only $13.80.
Dad: And the other side...?
Me: $18. per pound.
Dad: (Immediate reaction, priceless expression, which btw, I regret not taking a vid of.) Oh shoot.
Yes, he did seem pretty bummed.
(30 minutes later, enters supermart B again to find soya sauce.)
Me: Oh wow, 10% off everything. Dad.
Dad: (Rather bummed, he wasted another $1.50 on the mushrooms) ... Shhooootttt.
Indeed he was pretty bummed the whole time back home that he got ripped off $10 from supermart A.
Ah hah, classic.
